    Position Overview:

    We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchase Executive, The ideal candidate will have a solid background in procurement, specifically within the solar sector, and possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. The Purchase Executive will play a key role in managing the sourcing and procurement of materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing costs within the solar energy domain.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Sourcing and Vendor Management:
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for solar components and materials.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and cultivate new partnerships.
    1. Purchase Planning:
    • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
    • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet project timelines and cost objectives.
    1. Cost Optimization:
    • Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
    • Implement strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness in the procurement process.
    1. Quality Assurance:
    • Work closely with quality control teams to ensure that purchased materials meet required standards.
    • Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions with suppliers.
    1. Documentation and Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and contracts.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
    1. Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
    • Draft and review contracts, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
    1. Supplier Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with suppliers to promote collaboration and ensure reliability.
    • Address any issues or concerns with suppliers in a timely and effective manner.
    1. Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies in the solar sector.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market research.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on the solar industry.
    • Proven track record of successful negotiations and cost optimization in solar procurement.
    • Strong knowledge of solar components, materials, and industry suppliers.
