    Trikon is looking forward to hiring a highly experienced individual to join our Marketing Team as a Social media manager

    Trikon is an early-phase startup where we aim to build a fully community-driven and decentralized gaming ecosystem where users can access many high-quality gaming choices. Trikon is working on streamlining the user onboarding process and making web3 accessible and more sustainable by building out solutions in the current infrastructure.

    As the Web3 Community and Social Media Manager, you will have the opportunity to build our community from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing the relationships that drive our product and growth over the coming years.

    Responsibilities

    What you'll be doing

    The main responsibilities of the Community and Social Media Manager will be to scale and manage our community, execute high-impact content & communication campaigns to increase awareness and activation efforts, and support our existing and future community of developers, creators and supporters to ensure the highest customer success.

    Some topics will include:

    • Manage and moderate Trikon's online and offline community and channels: Be the first point of contact for our community.
    • Engage with our community: Keep things interesting for the Trikon community. Leverage Twitter, Discord & Telegram AMAs, online and offline workshops, and other tools to keep users engaged and updated on Rarify.
    • Educate / onboard new users and answer product questions: Support and teach the community about our product and its features. Escalate requests to the product and partnerships team as needed.
    • Deliver Multi-Channel Campaigns: Identify, define, and execute the best social media and content strategy to amplify marketing and communication campaigns based on Trikon's ideal customer profile.
    • Content and Marketing Distribution: Own and develop social media process including content production, messaging calendars, and brand/product positioning, ensuring Trikon is appropriately and effectively placed across all platforms while engaging with followers.
    • Content Creation: Create written and visual content for newsletters, social media, and blog posts.
    • Marketing Analytics: Set, track, analyze and report on key marketing KPIs, driving insights for Trikon leadership to optimize its content and marketing endeavors.
    • Growth Experiments: Ideate, develop, and execute innovative growth experiments to increase the acquisition and retention of Set asset managers and investors.

    Job Requirements

    • 3 years of experience in a product startup / digital agency
    • Excellent verbal and written/communication skills
    • Hands on experience with paid social media campaigns
    • Proven experience in social media management
    • Experience with Beehiv, MailChimp, Crew3
    • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
    • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices
    • Experience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platforms
    • Experience identifying and creating campaigns for the target audience
    • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
