Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:Market Assessment:
Conduct thorough marketresearch and assessment of rural areas near Ghaziabad to identifypotential sales opportunities and target villages.
Gram Mitra and Swastha Rakshak appointment:
Develop and implement a robust strategy for recruiting andonboarding Gram Mitras in targeted villages. This includesidentifying and building relationships with local RegisteredMedical Practitioners and community leaders to facilitate agentrecruitment.
Training and Development:
Provide comprehensive training and support to Gram Mitras andSwastha Rakshaks to equip them with the necessary product knowledgeand sales skills
Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effectivesales strategies tailored to rural markets taking into accountlocal customs preferences and buying behaviors
Sales Targets:
Set and achieve salestargets for Gram Mitras and ensure they are consistently workingtowards achieving them
CustomerEngagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customersin rural areas addressing their needs and concerns and ensuringcustomer satisfaction
Reporting:
Generateregular reports on sales activities Gram MItra performance marketinsights and recommend improvements based on data analysis
Market Expansion:
Identify new villages andregions for market expansion and work on strategies to enter theseareas effectively
