Qualification:
GNM or B.Sc Nursing/ Registered Nurses
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in nursing
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Staff Nurse at Zoi Hospitals, you'll play a crucial role in patient care, including:
Assessing and monitoring patients' health conditions.
Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians.
Observing and recording vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Performing various nursing procedures such as wound care, injections, IV therapy, IV cannulisation, Ryles tube insertion, foley catheterisation, assisting with procedures like arterial line, CVP line, Tracheotomy, dressing, suturing and suture removal, and gynaec procedures.
Assisting with diagnostic tests and medical procedures (intubation, ECG).
Monitoring and maintaining medical equipment used in patient care.
Effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Accurately maintaining patient records and documenting nursing assessments and interventions.
Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans.
Ensuring patients receive appropriate and timely care.
Engaging in ongoing education and training to stay updated on medical advancements and nursing best practices.
Adhering to healthcare policies, protocols, and regulations.
Providing emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
Shifts:
Ward and ICU positions are available with 3 shifts (Morning, Evening, Night).
