    Job Title: HR and Finance Specialist

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced HR and Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll, recruitment, and handling statutory complaints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and HR, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage payroll processes, including calculating salaries, taxes, and other deductions, as well as processing and distributing paychecks
    2. Oversee the recruitment process, from posting job listings to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
    3. Respond to and resolve statutory complaints, such as those related to employment law, labor relations, and other related regulations
    4. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents
    5. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and legal, to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in finance, HR, or a related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and finance, with a focus on payroll and recruitment
    • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant laws and regulations
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
