The main task for this role is to build scalable secure backend systems, with a focus on observability and data ingestion platforms. The company tackles data security challenges by spreading data across various cloud environments, SaaS applications, and storage systems, separating security from infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create back-end services with security, dependability, and performance in mind
• Utilize Rust to develop secure and efficient backend services
• Build and run data intake pipelines with a focus on performance and scalability
• Develop applications within secure computer environments
• Collaborate on creating microservices and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to optimizing database design and scalability

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years experience as a software developer
• Demonstrated proficiency in Rust and related technologies
• Extensive experience in building scalable secure backend systems
• Deep grasp of secure-by-design principles and working in secure environments
• Strong background in creating and managing data intake and egress pipelines
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and microservices architecture
• Proficient in database architecture scaling and optimization
• Familiarity with data observability principles and tools
• Understanding of database administration compliance and security protocols
