1. LeadershipandStrategy:

• Providestrategic leadership for the engineering department aligningtechnology initiatives with organizationalgoals.
• Develop and execute engineeringstrategies to drive innovation andexcellence.

1. TeamManagement:

• Leadmentor and inspire a diverse team of engineers fostering acollaborative and highperformance culture.
• Setclear goals and expectations for the engineering teams and monitortheirprogress.

1. TechnologyExpertise:

• Possessa deep understanding of .Net development IOS and Androidplatforms.
• Provide technical guidance andoversight to ensure the delivery of cuttingedge and scalablesolutions.

1. Projectand ProductManagement:

• Overseethe endtoend development lifecycle ensuring projects are deliveredon time and within budget.
• Collaborate withproduct management to define and prioritize features andenhancements.

1. CrossFunctionalCollaboration:

• Workclosely with other departments including product managementmarketing and sales to align engineering efforts with overallbusiness objectives.
• Foster a culture ofcollaboration and effective communication acrossteams.

1. QualityAssurance:

• Implementand maintain highquality standards for softwaredevelopment.
• Drive the adoption of bestpractices in coding testing anddeployment.

Qualifications:

• Provenexperience as a Director of Engineering or in a senior engineeringleadership role.
• Strong background in .Netdevelopment and handson experience with IOS and Androidplatforms.
• Demonstrated success in leading andgrowing engineering teams.
• Strategic thinkingand the ability to align technology initiatives with businessgoals.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonalskills.

Education:Bachelorsor Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield.
