- Coordinating all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger, particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax, and accruals.
- Identifying risks or opportunities to revenues, cost, and profitability and proposing appropriate actions.
- Ensuring client Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met.
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Education: Master's Degree
- Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Graduate with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
- Experience in preparing Balance Sheets, handling Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Inter-company, and Cash Reconciliations.
- Posting Journal entries and recording transactions in the ERP.
- People management experience will be an added advantage.
- Proven expertise in coordinating audits and managing customer expectations.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing report updates for Management reviews.
- Proven experience in Client management and working in a fast-paced environment will be preferred.
- Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Working knowledge of an ERP environment preferred.
- Ambitious individual who can work under their direction towards agreed targets/goals.
- Ability to manage change and be open to it, good time management, and an ability to work under stress.
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
