We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated MIS Specialist to join our team in Gurugram.

Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS). The ideal candidate should have experience in data management and reporting, with a strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools. The MIS Specialist will work closely with various teams to ensure data accuracy and support decision-making processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, maintain, and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful reports and insights.
• Design and develop databases, dashboards, and reports to support program planning and evaluation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes and systems to improve data quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with program teams to understand their data needs and provide necessary data analysis support.
• Monitor data quality and integrity, and troubleshoot any issues in the data collection process.
• Provide training and support to team members on data management and reporting tools.
• Prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in MIS or data management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Access, or similar software.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
