    Weare seeking a highly motivated and skilled Performance DigitalMarketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.     KeyResponsibilities:
    1. Developand implement digital marketing strategies to drive trafficconversion and revenue growth across multiple channels includingsearch engines social media display advertising email marketing andaffiliate marketing.
    2. Manage and optimizedigital advertising campaigns (PPC SEM display ads) to achieve KPIssuch as ROI CPA and ROAS.
    3. Conduct keywordresearch ad copywriting and A/B testing to improve campaignperformance and drive continuousoptimization.
    4. Utilize web analytics tools (e.g.Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) to track and analyze campaignperformance identify trends and generate insights to optimizemarketing strategies.
    5. Monitor and report on keyperformance metrics providing regular updates to stakeholders oncampaign performance insights and recommendations forimprovement.
    6. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including creative product and analytics to developintegrated marketing campaigns that align with businessobjectives.
    7. Stay uptodate with industry trendsbest practices and emerging technologies in digital marketingmaking recommendations for innovation andoptimization.
    8. Conduct competitor analysis andmarket research to identify opportunities for growth anddifferentiation in the digitallandscape.
    9. Manage relationships with externalvendors and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives asneeded.
    10. Contribute to the development ofmarketing collateral landing pages and website content to optimizeuser experience and conversionrates.

    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or relatedfield.
    2. Minimum of X years of experience indigital marketing with a focus on performance marketing andcampaign management.
    3. Proficiency in digitaladvertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads ManagerLinkedIn Ads etc.
    4. Strong analytical skills withexperience using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics AdobeAnalytics) to interpret data and make datadrivendecisions.
    5. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to convey complex ideasclearly and concisely.
    6. Proven ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment whilemeeting deadlines and KPIs.
    7. Detailoriented witha high level of accuracy in execution andreporting.
    8. Experience with SEO contentmarketing and email marketing is aplus.
    9. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g.Google Ads Google Analytics) aredesirable.
