    Corporate Sales Specialist

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Specialist to spearhead the acquisition of high-value clients, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify High-Value Opportunities and devise effective sales strategies targeting 5K+ employee companies across India.
    • Oversee a robust sales pipeline aligned with sales plans to meet monthly quotas.
    • Develop comprehensive plans to achieve sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
    • Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to expand indirect sales channels.
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with business goals.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of sales initiatives.
    • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth.

    Requirements:

    • Significant and relevant experience in B2B/Corporate/Enterprise sales.
    • Proven track record in selling to leading brands and corporate organizations.
    • Strong networking skills and ability to develop new business opportunities.
    • Proficiency in high-value concept and solution selling.
    • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environment.
