    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled HR Lateral Hiring Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals for mid to senior level sales and support functions to contribute to our organization's growth and success. As an HR Recruiter, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their Manpower /staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
    • ScreeningandEvaluation Talent: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization. Conduct initial interviews to determine their suitability for specific positions
    • CollaborationwithHiringManagers: Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing requirements, create job descriptions, and develop a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profiles
    • CandidateExperience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through the final interview stages and job offer
    • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring managers
    • Documentation & Data Management Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions, including resumes, interview notes, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies regarding candidate information storage and confidentiality. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other software tools to manage recruitment data effectively and generate reports for analysis and decision-making purposes. Keep hiring managers informed of candidate progress and provide regular updates on recruitment activities and outcomes Top of Form

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in Team leaders and Above Sales & Support Hiring
    • Preferred proven experience in Fintech and BFSI sales hiring
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
    • Experience with high-volume recruitment in a manufacturing setting
    • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry's specific hiring requirements
    • Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus
    • Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
