Within a year, we have grown our team to 40+ Partners & Directors and 300+ people serving more than 150 clients, including some of the most prominent companies across the markets in which we operate.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and resilient Java-based software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement cloud-native solutions.
• Work on the end-to-end development of distributed systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
• Optimize performance and address scalability challenges in a cloud-based environment.
• Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior team members, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and incorporate them into our technical strategy.
• Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle / Agile Practices / Scrum.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security
• Independently own and drive development of modules / components of the platform

Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science or a related field. (Only BE/BTech) from reputed / ranked Universities (IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT or similar).
• [6-10 years] of hands-on experience good hands-on experience in Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, and Restful web services is a MUST, with a focus on cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in MySQL or any of the RDBMS tools and knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Queuing Systems like RabbitMQ / Kafka / SQS.
• Knowledge of Caching technologies Redis / Memcached.
• Proficient in designing and implementing scalable and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Have good communication and collaboration skills.
