    Job Overview

    A Guest Relation Executive is responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service to guests. This role includes various duties related to guest services, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, coordinating guest requests, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. The desired candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience as a Guest Relation Executive or in a similar role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
    • Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay
    • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
    • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
    • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
    • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
    • Handle telephone calls, emails, and any other forms of communication in a professional manner
    • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and events to provide accurate information to guests
    • Assist in making reservations and managing bookings
    • Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experience
    • Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are in excellent condition
    • Follow all safety and security procedures to create a safe environment for guests
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
