    Description

    To manage the sales of Buffalo Meat in the designated International Markets in order to achieve the business goals

    Key Responsibilities

    - Responsible for the sales of Frozen Halal Boneless Buffalo Meat & Offals in the designated International Markets

    - Market forecasting and analysis to meet the demand

    - Support the GM for Key Account Management and generation of new business

    - Develop Annual Sales Plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives.

    - Build, manage and develop the sale team to carry out management strategies.

    - Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing relative to new / existing client contracts and commitments.

    - Oversee and direct market research, competitor analysis

    - Analytical approach towards the production capacity of each month and the market requirement

    - Obtain real-time overview of sales through automation and data analytics;

    - Right market allocation between the team depending on the load

    - Awareness of specific country festivals/holidays to foresee the peak season demand

    - Provide support and market requirement report for the development and implementation of specific products.

    - attending customer's complain(if any) and timely resolutions and compliance to retain the customer relationship

    - Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement

    - Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
