    Assistant Manager - HR Payroll Admin and Operations

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – HR Operations & Payroll. This role will oversee end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on payroll administration.

    The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of all payroll and HR-related activities while effectively supporting employees and key stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process monthly payroll inputs including attendance, new joiners exits salary revisions variable pay components
    • Calculate validate reconcile salaries deductions statutory components with high accuracy
    • Coordinate with payroll vendors Finance internal HR teams to ensure timely accurate payroll processing
    • Manage full final settlements pay slips advance benefits related documentation Address resolve queries within defined timelines Experience handling India
    • Xray Manage onboard exit processes including documentation system updates issue employee letters such as offer confirmation increment promotion market correction experience relieving Issue maintain update records in platforms data integrity Support lifecycle events transfers promotions organizational changes movements Resolve tickets adhering SLAs Coordinate global regional support standardized workflows Track analyze report operational performance metrics Ensure audit compliance policies procedures controls Support domestic international coordinate benefits administer Notice waivers upload maintain manage Upload maintained Exit-related management tools R
