    Role Overview:


    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Brand & E-Commerce Manager to act as the bridge between beauty brands and e-commerce platforms.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skincare, haircare, makeup, health, personal care, baby, and other beauty segments, coupled with expertise in managing online business operations, marketing strategies, and brand performance optimization.


    Key Responsibilities:


    1. Serve as the primary point of contact between beauty brands and retail partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.
    2. Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships within the retail and beauty sector.
    3. Develop and execute strategic marketing and promotional plans to enhance brand presence and sales performance.
    4. Manage end-to-end retail operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and logistics coordination.
    5. Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to optimize performance and recommend improvements.
    6. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop content, creatives, and brand messaging aligned with business goals.
    7. Ensure compliance with platform guidelines, digital marketing best practices, and brand consistency.
    8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, driving data-driven decisions for optimization.

    Qualifications & Requirements:


    • Passion for the beauty and personal care industry, staying up to date with industry trends.
    • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, brand management, or marketing within the beauty industry (skincare, haircare, makeup, health, personal care, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C platforms.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
