Upholds high-quality standards in food presentation and taste across all service areas, including banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge, and employee cafeteria.
Supervises all kitchen areas, including support areas such as dishwashing and purchasing, to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.Brings creativity and innovation to culinary offerings, staying abreast of industry trends and introducing new techniques, ingredients, and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Possesses significant experience in the luxury hospitality segment, understanding the unique demands and expectations of discerning guests.
