Demonstrates culinary skills by actively engaging in food preparation tasks. Sets high standards for quality and consistency in all culinary endeavors. Assists in leading kitchen staff, overseeing their performance, and managing all food-related functions. Works towards enhancing guest satisfaction and employee morale while maximizing financial profitability. Plays a pivotal role in guiding and developing kitchen staff, including direct reports. Provides mentorship and support to foster the professional growth of team members. Ensures that all food preparation areas maintain consistent adherence to sanitation and food safety standards.

Upholds high-quality standards in food presentation and taste across all service areas, including banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge, and employee cafeteria.

Supervises all kitchen areas, including support areas such as dishwashing and purchasing, to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.

Brings creativity and innovation to culinary offerings, staying abreast of industry trends and introducing new techniques, ingredients, and menu items to enhance the dining experience.

Possesses significant experience in the luxury hospitality segment, understanding the unique demands and expectations of discerning guests. Maintains the highest standards of service and quality synonymous with luxury establishments. Leads by example, inspiring and motivating the kitchen team to achieve excellence.
