Location: Work From Home/Remote

Internship Duration: 3-4 Months

Roles And Responsibilities :

• Need a person with knowledge in handling customer queries.
• Preferred; familiarity with chat support tools like Freshchat, Zendesk, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and provide timely resolutions.
• Should understand customer segmentation and be able to tag and categorize chats accordingly.
• Written communication and Fluency in English is a must.
• Should be empathetic, patient, and have a problem-solving attitude.
