    Position Overview:

    As the Sales Manager at Rana Infracon India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the company and make a significant impact on our continued success.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

    Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to drive performance and exceed sales goals.

    Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and maximize their potential.

    Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and expansion.

    Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.

    Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
