- 1-2 years of Travel B2B/B2C consumer sales/relationship management experience required
- Act as a travel consultant to customers.
- Understanding the needs of clients.
- Communicating with the operations team for personalized itineraries & inventory requirements.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with "loyal/elite" customers.
- Troubleshooting customer issues by liaising with the business development/supply team.
- Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations and refunds.
- Proper Reporting (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports & Analysis)
- Someone who thrives in a growth-centric startup environment.
- Someone who loves talking to people (Excellent communication skills & Convincing Power).
- Ability to ask/answer open-ended questions and uncover information.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Good negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of Word, PPT and Excel.
