    What are we looking for?

    We are looking for a high-performing & motivated Sales Executive to help us to help people travel around Uttarakhand & India.

    • 1-2 years of Travel B2B/B2C consumer sales/relationship management experience required

    Responsibilities

    Customer Acquisition & Revenue Generation | Closing deals, creating customized tour itineraries & pitching travel products and services as per requirement,

    • Act as a travel consultant to customers.
    • Understanding the needs of clients.
    • Communicating with the operations team for personalized itineraries & inventory requirements.
    • Maintaining long-term relationships with "loyal/elite" customers.
    • Troubleshooting customer issues by liaising with the business development/supply team.
    • Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations and refunds.
    • Proper Reporting (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports & Analysis)

    Qualifications

    • Someone who thrives in a growth-centric startup environment.
    • Someone who loves talking to people (Excellent communication skills & Convincing Power).
    • Ability to ask/answer open-ended questions and uncover information.
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
    • Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
    • Good negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of Word, PPT and Excel.
    • Candidates living in Dehradun & Uttarakhand will be preferred.
