Description

• Leadthe design team in conceptualizing and creating fashion collectionsthat resonate with our target audience
• Researchand analyze fashion trends consumer behavior and market demands toinform the design process
• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including merchandising marketing andproduction to ensure a cohesive brandimage
• Oversee the entire design process fromsketching and prototyping to production and finalproduct
• Develop and present design conceptssketches and prototypes to internalstakeholders
• Ensure that designs adhere toquality standards technical specifications and fitcriteria
• Participate in fittings and provideguidance on garment construction and designdetails
• Stay updated with industry advancementsin materials techniques and technologies
• Manageand mentor junior designers providing guidance and fosteringcreativity
• Contribute to the development ofseasonal design strategies and product assortmentplans
• Attend trade shows fashion events andexhibitions to gain inspiration andinsights
• Coordinate with external vendors andsuppliers to source materials andcomponents
• Participate in the development ofmarketing and branding materials to support newcollections
• Ensure compliance with deadlinesbudgets and company objectives
• Effectivelycommunicate design concepts and decisions to internal and externalstakeholders

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Fashion Design or relatedfield
• Proven experience as a Fashion Designerin a senior or lead role
• Demonstrated successin creating commercially successful fashioncollections
• Expertise in design software suchas Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and CADprograms
• Strong understanding of garmentconstruction patternmaking andtextiles
• Excellent knowledge of current andemerging fashion trends and consumerpreferences
• Ability to translate conceptualideas into tangible design concepts andproducts
• Portfolio showcasing original designwork and creative vision
• Exceptionalorganizational and project managementskills
• Strong attention to detail andcommitment to quality in all aspects ofdesign
• Effective verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to articulate designconcepts
• Proven leadership abilities with afocus on collaboration and teamdevelopment
