    Role Objective:
    Theincumbent will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition inthe organization.


    JobDescription:
    Able to handle therecruitment from supervisory to leadership roles
    Identifying future hiring needs of the organization and developingjob description and specification
    Identifying the rightcandidate to match the suitable opening in theorganization
    Utilize and manage maximum sources likeagencies job portals and employee referrals for the
    current and future openings
    Conducting preliminary roundof interviews with the candidates and shortlisting candidate forthe
    final interview
    Coordination forverification and other formalities before joining of thecandidate
    Issuing offer and appointment letter for theselected candidate
    Organizing Induction and orientationprogram
    Drafting Implementing and amending HR policiesrelated to talent acquisition whenever required
