    As a Technical Business Analyst specializing in Banking, you will play a key role in understanding and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

    Working closely with stakeholders, you will analyze and document business processes related to hedge accounting, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

    The successful candidate will bring a combination of business acumen, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of commercial lending practices.

    Responsibilities :


    • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow;
    • Recovering the design, requirement specifications and functions of a system from an analysis of its code;
    • Translate nontechnical requirements into clear technical specifications
    • Preparing OpenAPI specification for new RESTservices
    • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
    • Management of interteam dependencies
    • Decompose requirements into features and stories
    • Maintain system knowledge base
    • Participate in support, analysis and troubleshooting of production issues
    • Participate in the optimization of internal team processes
    Mandatory Skills :


    • Banking SQL Tools
    More than 8 years of experience in IT Industry

    • More than 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
    • Experience with microservices architecture, message brokers
    • Analytical mindset
    • Understanding of and practical experience with different types of requirements and different ways of formulating requirements
    • Experience in analyzing and documenting integrations
    • Experience of working on projects with international stakeholders
    • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of analytical tools (functional/nonfunctional requirements, use cases, user stories, UML)
    • Experience with Scrum
    Nice-to-Have Skills : Advanced English and communication skills
