    Role Description & Opportunities

    We're seeking a future team member to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is located in Pune, India.

    The ideal candidate for this role is goal-oriented, proactive, focused on results, and takes ownership of key projects. Under the direction of senior marketing staff, each day will involve several different projects, therefore the ability to pivot from one project to the next and take responsibility for executing and delivering specific elements of larger multi-faceted campaigns on time is crucial.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Help senior marketers develop and execute multi-channel Marketing campaigns based on the business' growth strategy and key segments
  • Work collaboratively across internal marketing teams – marketing operations, brand & design, digital marketing, corporate communications and more
  • Help to track, and report on progress of key marketing KPIs ( of leads, web traffic, content downloads, CTRs, engagement metrics)
  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Project management skills, verbal and written communication skills, and an eye for design/formatting content
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics for campaign list build and general management, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe
