Presales Cloud Engineer - Hyderabad, India - ProArch

Description

• Act as a technical expert and consultant to support the sales team in understanding customer requirements and proposing the appropriate cloud solutions
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop and deliver compelling cloud solution presentations and demonstrations
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, technical documentation, and statements of work
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for cloud architecture and design
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and provide insights and recommendations to improve the company's cloud offerings
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors
• Provide guidance and support to the implementation and deployment teams during the project lifecycle
• Participate in sales meetings and customer workshops to provide technical expertise and clarify the technical aspects of the proposed solutions
• Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) exercises to demonstrate the feasibility and value of the proposed cloud solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and adoption of the cloud solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably in the cloud industry
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and services, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, design principles, and best practices
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and propose customized cloud solutions
• Experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to continuously learn and improve
