Job Description:

• Manage marketing campaigns for one or multiple clients using the Insightly platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, objectives, and target audiences to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Digital marketing team to create engaging content, including email campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 1 yr experience in marketing or account management preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
