    Position Overview

    We are seeking a versatile Sales and Customer Relationship Specialist to engage with our core market - small businesses. This role combines the responsibilities of promoting our products to potential clients and providing exceptional support to our existing customer base.

    Note: This position is only open to candidates residing in Hyderabad, India. Applicants from other locations will not be considered. Please apply only if you meet this criterion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote LinkedPhone's products and services, emphasizing mobility, flexibility, and value for small businesses.
    • Achieve sales targets through effective strategies and connecting with potential clients.
    • Organize daily schedules for lead generation and customer interactions.
    • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
    • Foster lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and exploring new sales opportunities.
    • Prepare detailed reports and adapt sales techniques based on market feedback.
    • Handle US clients effectively, proactively addressing customer issues.
    • Provide support through voice, email, and chat processes.
    • Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate internal teams, including software developers.
    • Work in US shift timings to align with customer needs.

    Qualifications

    • 1-4 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management and support.
    • Excellent language and communication skills (US English - Spoken and Written)
    • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM systems.
    • Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
