Director Service Delivery

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a wide range of programs as part of our Service Delivery team. As Director Service Delivery, you will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of the GCC, ensuring every program is delivered successfully and adds the highest possible value to the organization.

The Service Delivery Team collaborates with customers to help execute their GCC roadmap, aligning with business stakeholders' commitments. Your role involves participating in customer meetings, interacting with client Program Offices, working with stakeholders and executives, and presenting best practices to build relationships of trust with customers.

You will showcase ANSR's products and services, influencing client adoption of our offerings while engaging with internal Business Support teams, Consulting groups, and Workspace organizations to ensure complete and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and set goals for programs aligned with strategic objectives.
Plan programs from start to completion, including deadlines and milestones.
Ensure contracts are fulfilled, and services and products are deployed.
Develop or approve budgets and operations, managing the P&L.
Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and implement improvements.
Lead cross-functional teams, provide feedback, and resolve complex problems.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Apply change, risk, and resource management principles.
Build strong relationships with GCC Leaders through timely and accurate communications.
Ensure program operations adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
Perform project management processes, including initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close.
Develop change management processes and methodologies.
Manage gate reviews and quality assurance reviews with business sponsors.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a program/account Director.
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
A business acumen with strategic ability.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
MBA or equivalent with 15+ years of experience.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Experience in a GCC Setup.
Professional service delivery experience in a multi-national organization.
Conceptual knowledge of modern enterprise technology.
Understanding of CSAT/NPS frameworks.
