    YOUR ROLE

    • As Manager Innovation Data Intelligence in an ambitious Digital team within Henkel's Adhesive Innovation organization you are contributing to global or regional innovation projects facilitating business intelligence and data analytics related activities.
    • Gather business needs for data intelligence use cases and convert them to achievable product increments that optimize product value.
    • Lead execution of Innovation Data Intelligence tools including Dashboards, Reports and PowerApps.
    • Enable a data driven culture by delivering solutions for tracking business KPIs at all levels.
    • Provide internal upskilling for Adhesive Technologies Innovation community to use and visualize data.

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or chemistry or related field.
    • Chemical industry domain know how
    • Ideally innovation process know how.
    • 4+ years related experience in Power BI development and operations.
    • 4+ years related experience in data modelling e.g. with Databricks, Azure Data FactoryExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and REST APIs
    • Strong experience in requirements engineering.
    • Agile project methodology
    • Excellent communication skills and experience working across cultures.
    • Fluent in English
