As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsiblefor providing exceptional customer support to our Tamilspeakingclients ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their inquiriesand concernseffectively.Responsibilities:
    1. CustomerAssistance: Handle inbound calls from Tamilspeaking customersaddressing their queries concerns and requests promptly andprofessionally.
    2. Problem Resolution:Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions orescalate complex problems to higher authorities forresolution.
    3. Product Knowledge: Develop acomprehensive understanding of our products and services to provideaccurate information and guidance tocustomers.
    4. Documentation: Maintain detailedrecords of customer interactions transactions comments andcomplaints for future reference andanalysis.
    5. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherenceto quality standards and company policies in every customerinteraction maintaining professionalism and courtesy at alltimes.
    6. Crossfunctional Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments such as Technical Support Salesand Operations to resolve customer issues efficiently and enhanceoverall customer satisfaction.
    7. Feedback:Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concernstrends and suggestions for improvement to enhance the customerexperience.
    Requirements:
    1. Proficiencyin Tamil language (spoken and written) ismandatory.
    2. Excellent communication skills inEnglish to effectively interact with internal teams andstakeholders.
    3. Prior experience in customerservice or call center environment preferred but notmandatory.
    4. Strong problemsolving skills and theability to think on your feet to provide quick and effectivesolutions.
    5. Customercentric mindset with apassion for delivering exceptionalservice.
    6. Ability to work efficiently in afastpaced environment and handle multiple taskssimultaneously.
    7. Basic computer skills andfamiliarity with CRM software is aplus.
