- Proficiencyin Tamil language (spoken and written) ismandatory.
- Excellent communication skills inEnglish to effectively interact with internal teams andstakeholders.
- Prior experience in customerservice or call center environment preferred but notmandatory.
- Strong problemsolving skills and theability to think on your feet to provide quick and effectivesolutions.
- Customercentric mindset with apassion for delivering exceptionalservice.
- Ability to work efficiently in afastpaced environment and handle multiple taskssimultaneously.
- Basic computer skills andfamiliarity with CRM software is aplus.
