    4. Paid Campaigns:

    Run paid ad campaigns on social media platforms, monitor budgets, and track ROI.

    Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.

    5. Analytics & Reporting:

    Track and measure KPIs like engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.

    Prepare weekly/monthly reports to showcase campaign performance and insights.

    6. Trend Analysis:

    Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

    Implement innovative strategies to enhance online presence.

    7. Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

    Coordinate with influencers for collaborations, campaigns, and partnerships.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    Proven experience (1.5 to 3 years) in social media marketing or a similar role.

    Hands-on experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva).

    Knowledge of running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

    Excellent communication and writing skills.

    Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.

    Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.
