Roles& Responsibilities:

1. Need tomake 6080 connected calls a day

2. Shouldhave knowledge about study abroad admissions/country specificexpertise for overseas

admissions(add on)

3.Good at maintaining data and handson experience on MS office

4. Solvingstudent queries by helping them and doing the first levelcounselling for relevant courses

as per theirprofile and requirements

5. Resolvingqueries and issues related to Admissifys study abroad product portfolio

6. Goodcommunication skills and prior experience working as atelecounsellor

7. Ability towork in a team or individually as and when required and manage andhandle multiple

tasks

8. Ability towork in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines. Monday toSaturday 10am to

7pm WFO Only
