    Key Responsibilities:

    Conceptualize and Develop:
    Do active research on new & existing trends and best practices in the area of talent management. Plan & implement frameworks, philosophies, and processes for talent management across the organization.

    Tools and Systems:
    have thorough experience in using HRMS for talent management processes. Be aware of the latest trends in the market pertaining to systems & tools.

    Vendor Management :
    manage vendors responsible for TM tools and systems.

    Performance Management:
    Oversee the design and execution of PMS to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    Talent Reviews:
    Lead talent review processes to identify and develop high-potential employees.

    Reward and Recognition:
    Develop and manage reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain top talent.

    Career Development:
    Facilitate internal mobility and career development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational needs.

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience (4-6years) in talent management or related fields.

    Strong understanding of performance management, talent reviews, reward and recognition, career development, and retention strategies at a concept and implementation level.

    Strong program management skills
    Ability to drive initiatives across a large organization.
