    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Understanding the global brand strategy and visual guidelines and adapting them to domestic market needs.
    • Presenting products in-store and in windows in a way to attract customers and encourage sales.
    • Executing design strategy of the brand by proposing design solutions and resolving issues related store design project management.
    • Ensuring installations are compliant with architecture guidelines and concepts.
    • Providing teams with guidance on correct material usage or samples that are locally obtainable and matched to store design guidelines.
    • Coach staff on VM execution.
    • Providing regular reporting and feedback to management on VM performance and inventory flow.

    Ideal Profile

    • 6 months - 1 year working experience in merchandising of Home Decor Items
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Merchandising, or a relevant field
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and Google Sheets
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Should have the good work ethic and a calm attitude.
