    Production Shift Manager

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, safe and uninterrupted operation of the carbon black plant during assigned shifts to achieve production and yield targets.

    • Monitor critical process parameters and take corrective actions to maintain product quality within specifications.
    • Enforce plant safety protocols, PTW (Permit-to-Work) systems and statutory compliance to prevent accidents and maintain a safe workplace.
