    Hiring - Senior DevOps Engineer

    Experience - 5+ Years

    Location: Bangalore /Hyderabad

We are seeking for highly motivated Lead DevOps Engineer to strategize and build a highly scalable infrastructure with Dev/Ops automation along with CI/CD.

Because of this, our Devops folks must be comfortable with learning innovative technologies, new automation tools, testing methodologies and be creative in adopting new ways of working.

    Responsibilities:

    Strong experience in building and designing Infrastructure as Code in an enterprise or start up

    Ability to understand current state of DevOps and infrastructure and design the to be state in cloud (AWS) using cloud native infrastructure components.

    Will be responsible to interact with Execs in summarizing the to-be architecture and articulate its benefits regarding cost, scalability, availability and applicability.

    Mentor Jr developers in building infrastructure as code and driving the outcomes.

    Should be helping out with Security architecture for Applications, IAM Roles and managed. Services of AWS.

    Contribute to Ops team on regular basis with product run books and explaining them with do's and don'ts

    Do Cost analysis on AWS and predict optimized cost effective solutions

    Understands network nuances and tries to come up with solutions.

    Qualifications:

    Prior experience in automating building infrastructure on demand using Teraform

    Prior experience with cloud formation templates and embedding them with Terraform

    Deep architectural understanding of Kubernetes and Docker and has designed production level Kubernetes infrastructure either in cloud.

    Experience with VMware or VMC on aws is a huge plus.

    Prior experience and understanding of configuring load balancers, EC2, AutoScales, API management tools, Caching technologies and automate building them using Terraform or other IaC tools.

    Built effective and cost optimized solutions in one of the public cloud environments.

    Prefer strong AWS cloud experience at a Lead level

    Good experience in architecting complex infrastructure solutions for low latency, zero down time and highly available system

    Strong experience in architecting and implementing DevOps process using one of these tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps)

    Should have working knowledge of Application security & Infrastructure security and cloud security.

    Strong experience in defining and propagating IAM roles, policies and other security elements,

    Experience in helping multiple application teams in realizing their physical infrastructure.

    Demonstrated leadership qualities in delegating work and yet being responsible for all detailed design aspects of physical infrastructure for enterprise.

    Proven story in delivering products/services in a high-growth environment (including start-ups).

    Exhibit strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous customer-focused problems.

    Good written, communication and presentation skills.

    Bonus Points:

    Automation scripting: Terraform (Preferred), ansible, cloud formation templates

    Experience with VMware and Openshift or Spinaker.

    Enablers: Open Source frameworks, Security libraries, Cloud native tools, Web Servers, Application Containers, Storage Accounts

    CI/CD: Azure DevOps or AWS Code Commit, Jira, Jenkins, Unit testing and test automation tools

    Infrastructure Design: Load balancers, CDN, application gateways, API gateways, Storage mechanisms, deployment automation to cloud, AWS Pinpoint, AWS Event Bridge.
