Responsibilities
Lead the design and impact analysis of all new features and enhancements.
Lead all aspects of Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) in-line with Agile and IT craftsmanship principles.
Identify methods to sustain and improve various craftsmanship areas.
Lead the timely delivery of assigned artifacts with defined quality parameters.
Perform code review and ensure the quality of code, constantly.
Automate manual tasks of application maintenance and support to improve efficiency.
Lead initiatives of application modernization.
Ensure constant review and update of Agile and DevOps practices.
Constantly learn new/emerging technologies and mentor teams.
Monitor the overall production processes such as daily checks, open tickets and aging of issues.
Collaborate with customers, partners, development teams, chapter and feature teams.
Co-ordinate with development team and implement audit recommendations.
Lead DevOps chapters and Guilds.
Complete the assigned learning path and contribute to daily meetings.
Guide the team on data processing solutions and building data pipelines.
Identify new areas of technology and use cases for data validation and implementation
Profile Required
We are looking for Java full stack DEVOPS profile for SG Observability squad with the capacity to quickly become Bangalore Tech lead.
Strong hands-on skills required on:
• Java development (Maven, Spring Boot, Spring security, Spring Data Flow)
• Ui development with React and Angular
• Container with Docker, esp. with deployment on Kubernetes
• Infra as code with Ansible and Terraform
• Monitoring solution
Candidates will have demonstrated successful experiences in Java development with UI in Angular with deployment in Production on cloud environment (Private and Public) as well as good written and oral communication skills.
Agile methodology must be mastered as well as ability to work in a distributed cross-country team.
