    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and maintain Hadoop applications that handle large volumes of data
    • Work with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and provide technical solutions
    • Troubleshoot and debug Hadoop applications
    • Optimize Hadoop applications for performance and scalability
    • Ensure data quality and integrity in Hadoop applications
    • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop data-driven insights

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
    • 8-13 years of experience in developing Hadoop applications
    • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Scala
    • Expertise in Hadoop ecosystem technologies, such as HDFS, Hive, Pig, MapReduce, Spark, and Kafka
    • Experience with big data processing frameworks such as Apache Flink and Apache Storm
    • Experience with cloud-based Hadoop solutions such as Amazon EMR and Google Cloud Dataproc
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
