Description
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work
practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
Provide exceptional customer service to all our employees and internal stakeholders who
call in, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Benefits, Payroll &
other category of requests
Liaise with colleagues and navigate cross-discipline escalations to provide timely resolutions
and support open communication amongst the organization
Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements and always
ensure compliance
Meet process SLAs/ metrics, productivity and quality targets within the established
timelines
Raise process related issues/ concerns on time with process excellence and team lead
Provide support in other HR Shared Services areas, such as benefits administration,
employee data management, and employee record keeping, as needed
