    Job Description

    As a Consultant in Deloitte's Cyber: Identity Team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Integrate SailPoint with core systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other identified applications.
    • Deliver IGA processes including recertification, joiner/mover/leaver (JML), access request, segregation of duties, and role-based access control (RBAC).
    • Configure connectors to onboard applications, utilizing both out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2 and custom options.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks.
    • Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
    • Effectively communicate and demonstrate SailPoint's capabilities to stakeholders.
    • Create and maintain insightful reports and audit trails to monitor identity and access activities and demonstrate compliance.
    • Collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.

    You will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.

    Desired Qualifications

    To be considered for this role, you should have:

    • A minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    • At least 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
    • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development.
    • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
    • A strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform.
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
