We are currently recruiting for the position of Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. As a Telemarketer at Round The Clock Logistics Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving sales through effective communication over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate interest
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Follow up with existing customers to upsell products/services and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM software
