- Previous experience in a business aligned IT department of a financial institution
- Enterprise technology knowledge and experience (e.g. application architecture, infrastructure, data transfer methods (SFTP), application and database technologies.)
- Project management and delivery experience in a large global organization with exposure to external vendors and service providers
- Working with teams, peers and management located across multiple cities and countries
- Good understanding of risk frameworks, control environments and application governance.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell and similar scripting tools
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- End user environment experience (access methods, hardware, end user support)
- Higher education in Finance or a similar field
- Familiarity with Finance and specifically Asset Management industry, retail and wholesale investment platforms
