    JobSummary:We are seeking a dynamic andresultsdriven Sales Manager with a proven track record in realestate sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for developing and implementing effective salesstrategies managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets. TheSales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of ourreal estate business and ensuring customersatisfaction.Responsibilities:
    1. Developand implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals andobjectives.
    2. Lead and manage the sales teamproviding guidance coaching and performanceevaluations.
    3. Recruit train and onboard newsales team members.
    4. Establish and maintainstrong relationships with clients real estate agents and otherstakeholders.
    5. Stay informed about market trendscompetitor activities and industrydevelopments.
    6. Analyze sales data to identifyopportunities for growth andimprovement.
    7. Collaborate with marketing andadvertising teams to create effective promotional materials andcampaigns.
    8. Ensure sales team members areequipped with the necessary tools resources and training tosucceed.
    9. Monitor and report on salesperformance against targets.
    10. Resolve customercomplaints and issues in a timely and effectivemanner.
    11. Prepare and present regular reports onsales activities to senior management.
    12. Keepabreast of industry regulations and compliancerequirements.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a related field. Masters degree isa plus.
    2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager inthe real estate industry.
    3. Strong leadership andteam management skills.
    4. Excellent communicationand negotiation abilities.
    5. Indepth knowledge ofreal estate market trends andregulations.
    6. Ability to develop and implementeffective sales strategies.
    7. Demonstratedability to meet and exceed salestargets.
    8. Familiarity with CRM software andother sales management tools.
    9. Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills.
    10. Attention to detailand ability to multitask.
    11. Real estate licenseis a plus.
