    Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ready to work in shifts.

    Experience : 3 - 8 Years

    Budget : 6 LPA - 8 LPA

    Shift Timings : 12.30 PM PM

    1.00 PM PM

    Working Days : 5 Days

    Responsibilities:

    Sourcing and Attraction:

    Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.

    Expertise in working in MS office apps(excel/word), , Naukri Portals.

    Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future job openings.

    Craft compelling job descriptions and postings to attract top talent.

    Candidate Screening and Assessment:

    Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

    Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role and organization.

    Administer assessments and tests as needed to evaluate candidates' qualifications.

    Interview Coordination and Management:

    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

    Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

    Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

    Collaboration and Relationship Building:

    Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

    Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.

    Offer Management and Negotiation:

    Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms and conditions as needed.

    Coordinate pre-employment checks and assessments, including background checks and reference checks.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the hiring process.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

    Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.

    Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.

    Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

    Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

    High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
