    Savoy Sharm Group is a leading hospitalitycompany in Sharm El Sheikh Egypt known for its luxurious resortsand exceptional customer service.

    We are seeking a highly qualifiedand experienced Food and Beverage Director to join our team andoversee all aspects of our food and beverageoperations.


    As the Food and Beverage Directoryou will be responsible for the overall management and success ofour food and beverage department.

    This includes developing andimplementing strategies to achieve financial goals maintaining highstandards of quality and service and ensuring guestsatisfaction.


    KeyResponsibilities:
    Develop andimplement food and beverage strategies in line with the companysobjectives and budget
    Oversee the daytoday operations ofall food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars and roomservice
    Monitor and analyze financial performanceincluding sales costs and profitability and make adjustments asneeded
    Create and maintain budgets forecasts andfinancial reports for the food and beverage department
    Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and foodhandling procedures
    Train and develop team members toprovide exceptional service and maintain high standards ofquality
    Collaborate with the Executive Chef to createinnovative menus and dining experiences
    Negotiate andmaintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure thebest quality and prices for food and beverage products
    Conduct regular inspections of all food and beverage outlets toensure cleanliness organization and compliance withstandards
    Resolve any guest complaints or concernsrelated to food and beverage services
    Keep up to datewith industry trends and make recommendations for improvements andenhancements to the food and beveragedepartment


    Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administrationor a related field
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in afood and beverage management role in a luxury hotel orresort
    Proven track record of financial management andachieving revenue and profitability targets
    Strongleadership and communication skills
    Excellent knowledgeof food and beverage operations including menu planning costcontrol and inventory management
    Ability to trainmotivate and develop a team
    Knowledge of health andsafety regulations and food handling procedures
    Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
    Fluent inEnglish both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is aplus.
