    Role SummaryWe are looking for anadmission Counsellor who are extremely customer centric and areexcited by the challenges of a new emergingbusiness environment. As an AdmissionCounsellor you will be responsible for developing new leadscommunicating with customers understandingtheir needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. You must becomfortable making dozens of calls per dayworking with channel partners generating interestqualifying prospects and closing sales.Requirements Roles andResponsibilities
    • Responsible to manage & convert leads for versatile upGradprograms which are in collaboration with renowned Universities/Institutes such as IIITB NIMMS IMT Ghaziabad Deakin Business SchoolIITM Liverpool Business Scholl MICA.
    • Providing in depth information to prospective learners thisincludes counselling through phone email chat and social media.
    • Identifying references through the existingcustomer base to increase the sales pipeline.
    • Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion shouldbe updated real time on CRM (Salesforce) software.
    • Responsible for Adherence of the inside salesprocess tools and data management.
    • Meet andoverachieve the given weekly monthly and quarterly target in termsof revenue as well as number of enrolments.
    • Handle Objections and Price Negotiations inorder to generate Sales Revenue.
    • MaintainEffective communication till the time learner is onboarded.
    Skills Required
    • Preferred Industry:BPO/KPO NonEd Tech Edtech( No k12 segment companies)
    • Age Upto 31 Years.
    • Excellent written and spoken communicationskills (English proficiency).
    • Strong salesbent of mind in order to understand and effectively communicatewhat upGrad is offering to its prospective students and closeapplications.
    • Approachable and vibrantpersonality.
    • Ability to approach any situationwith patience and very strong empathy.
    • Passionto deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
    • Must be a team player with the ability to workindependently prioritize tasks and meet targets/deadlines.
    • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (OutlookWord Excel) is preferable.
