    • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and hidden talents.

    Relationship Mapping:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Resultsdriven with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
