    Job Title: Visual Merchandiser Manager

    As a Visual Merchandiser Head, you're responsible for overseeing the visual presentation and aesthetics of a retail space, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's image and enhances the overall customer experience. Here's a comprehensive job description:

    Job Summary:

    The Visual Merchandiser Head is responsible for leading the visual merchandising team in creating compelling and visually appealing displays that drive sales and reflect the brand's identity. They will develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize the layout and presentation of products in stores, ensuring consistency across all locations. The Visual Merchandiser Head will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and store operations, to execute merchandising plans that support business objectives and enhance the customer shopping experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Visual Merchandising Strategy:

    • and implement visual merchandising strategies to effectively showcase products and drive sales.

    Qualifications:

    • degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.
    • experience in visual merchandising, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative displays and store layouts.

    • leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
