Job Description:
1. Indenting & making requisition of items required for kitchen
2. Preparing hygienic and authentic food as per the cuisine
3. Taking KOTs and Preparing food as per KOT
4. Maintaining hygienic and cleanliness in department
5. Understanding Guest Requirements & responding them well
6. Taking care of Guest satisfaction in food with good quality
7. Taking initiative in other assignments as given by Senior Chef
8. Attending Guest Calls if any, Knowing their requirement and respond accordingly
9. Preparing Reports if required
10. Reporting to Supervisor or Manager or Executive Chef
